- Booking Fees and Payment: Fees for stalls vary depending on the event and location. All stall bookings must be paid in full before the event date. Booking fees are non-refundable, except under special circumstances such as event cancellation by Moms of Kochi.
- Stall Holder Responsibilities: Stall holders must adhere to event guidelines, including setup and dismantling schedules, permitted items, and health and safety standards.
- Liability: Moms of Kochi is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by stall holders during the event. Stall holders are responsible for their own property, equipment, and merchandise.
5. Donations and Charitable Contributions
- Purpose of Donations: Donations to Moms of Kochi support our charitable programs, community outreach, and events aimed at supporting mothers in Kochi.
