At Moms of Kochi, we strive to ensure that all our events and services meet the expectations of our members and participants. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for membership fees, ticket purchases, stall bookings, and donations.
1. Membership Fees
- Refund Policy: Membership fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for members who face extenuating circumstances (e.g., prolonged illness or relocation) and submit a refund request within 30 days of payment.
- Cancellation of Membership: If a member chooses to discontinue their membership, no refund will be provided for the remaining membership period.
2. Event Tickets
- Refund Policy: Ticket purchases are non-refundable except in cases where:
- The event is canceled by Moms of Kochi, in which case a full refund will be issued.
- The event is rescheduled, and ticket holders are unable to attend on the new date, in which case a refund may be requested.
- No-Show Policy: If a ticket holder does not attend the event without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- Refund Process: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after receiving a request, subject to verification of eligibility.
3. Stall Bookings
- Cancellation by Stall Holder: If a stall holder wishes to cancel their reservation:
- A full refund is provided if the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the event.
- A 50% refund is provided if cancellation is made 30 days before the event.
- No refund is issued for cancellations made within 29 days of the event.
- Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: If Moms of Kochi cancels or reschedules the event, stall holders will be offered the option to transfer their booking to the new event date or receive a full refund.
4. Donations
- Refund Policy: Donations are considered final and non-refundable, as they support our ongoing charitable work and community initiatives.
- Exceptional Cases: In cases of administrative error (e.g., duplicate donations), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Process for Requesting Cancellations and Refunds
- How to Request: To request a cancellation or refund, please contact Moms of Kochi at [admin@momskochi.in] with your payment details and reason for the request.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days. Please allow additional time for bank processing, which may vary depending on your payment method.
6. Amendments to Policy
Moms of Kochi reserves the right to update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website and to members as needed.
